Allam Chai/Ginger tea/Adrak chai
Got bored of normal tea, just thought of having a hot n spicy ginger tea.Ginger tea makes me feel fresh instantly.
Apart from this, Ginger has many health benefits,
- having ginger regularly aid to weight loss
- lowers cholestrol levels
- reduces muscle pain and soreness
- treats morning sickness and nausea
n here goes the recipe,
INGREDIENTS:
for 2cups of tea
- 1 n hf cup of whole milk
- 1 cup of water
- 1 n hf tsp of tea powder (red label natural care)
- 4 tsp of sugar
- an inch of ginger(washed n grated)
RECIPE:
In a bowl, add water, tea powder, sugar n grated ginger. Let it boil for 5 to 6 min. Then add milk .Let it boil for few more minutes. Serve it with some boondi r biscuits.
